8-8:30pm – 30 Minute Sculpt & Tone ~ Lower Body/Abs
Bodyweight and resistance exercises, focus on legs, butt & core.
*These classes run back to back. Take both for an amazing full body workout, or choose the one that fits your schedule best.
8:30-9:30 Kettlebell Builder
Kettlebell experience required. Great full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong!
