Bodyweight and resistance exercises, focus on upper body & core.
8-8:30pm – 30 Minute Sculpt & Tone ~ Lower Body/Abs
Bodyweight and resistance exercises, focus on legs, butt & core.
*These classes run back to back. Take both for an amazing full body workout, or choose the one that fits your schedule best. Classes are $5 each or 1 punch on your card.
8:30-9:30 Kettlebell Builder
Looking for a workout that will burn fat, build muscle, and increase your strength, flexibility, and stamina all at once? This is the class that does it all. You will leave feeling strong!!! Kettlebell Tech or previous experience required.
Class is $10 or 2 punches.
