8-9am Intervals High energy, bodyweight class alternating between work:rest intervals.
9-10am Quarters Cardio, upper body, lower body, plus core & stretch. Sweat your way thru 15 minutes of each for an amazing full body workout.
These classes are just $5 drop in fee or 1 punch on your card.
