Starting Monday Jan. 9th there will be some new classes added to the mix! Come back to your favourite classes or try something new.
NEW CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Sculpt & Tone ~ Upper Body/Abs
3o minute class using bodyweight and resistance exercises, focus on upper body & core.
Sculpt & Tone ~ Lower Body
30 minute class using bodyweight and resistance exercises, focus on the legs & butt.
*These classes run back to back Monday & Wednesday nights. Take both for an amazing full body workout, or choose the one that fits your schedule best.
Lean & Mean ~ Resistance Training
30 minutes of resistance training to increase strength and build lean muscle. Hits all major muscle groups!
Shed & Burn ~ Cardio Conditioning
Blast through 30 minutes of cardio! Build endurance and overall fitness.
*These classes run back-to-back Thursday nights. Take both for an amazing workout that builds both strength and stamina!
