7:45-8:30 Kettlebell Level 1 If you’ve never tried kettlebell before, are looking to brush up on technique, or simply want to reintroduce it into your workouts, this is the class for you. Learn the basics of kettlebell technique with strict attention to form. Each week we will learn new moves and put them into a circuit~by the end of 6 weeks you’ll see immense gains in strength, flexibility, and endurance. Kettlebell is low-impact and suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.
8:30-9:30pm Kettlebell Tabata– Kettlebell moves combined with work/rest intervals. Build strength while you torch calories!
