Saturday May 20
8:30am Quarters Cardio, upper body, lower body, plus core & stretch. Sweat your way thru 15 minutes of each for an amazing full body workout! This 60 minute class is $5 drop in or 1 punch on your card.

Monday May 22
9:15am Intervals
High-energy, cardio focused class that alternates between work/rest intervals.
This 60 minute class is $5 drop in or 1 punch on your card.

8:30pm Kettlebell Tabata
Fat-frying, muscle-building workout to test your strength and stamina! Experience with kettlebells or KB tech required. This 60 minute class is $10 drop in or 2 punches on your card.
