If you’ve never used kettlebells before, have limited experience, or just want to brush up on your form, this class is for you. Build muscle, burn fat, increase endurance, improve posture, and develop a strong core with one simple tool! This class will introduce you to the basic movement patterns and show you why kettlebell workouts are so effective. Class is co-ed.
