If you’ve never used kettlebells before, have limited experience, or just want to brush up on your form, this class is for you. Build muscle, burn fat, increase endurance, improve posture, and develop a strong core with one simple tool! This class will introduce you to the basic movement patterns and show you why kettlebell workouts are so effective. Class is co-ed.
If you already have your technique down and are looking for a greater challenge, join me tonight for ~
8:30-9:30pm Kettlebell Tabata– Combine the fundamentals of kettlebell tech with fat-frying intervals in this high-intensity class. Kick your metabolism into high gear and increase your after-burn…you will be challenged!! $10 or 2 punches on your card.
