Never used kettlebells before or feeling a little rusty? Learn proper kettlebell movement patterns and techniques while increasing your cardio fitness and overall strength. Focus is on skill-building and endurance. Come check it out tonight!
8:30-9:30 Kettlebell Tabata
Fat frying and muscle building workout that tests your stamina! Experience with kettlebells or KB tech required. Email me if you have questions.
