7-7:30pm – 30 Minute Sculpt & Tone ~ Lower Body/Abs
Bodyweight and resistance exercises, focus on legs, butt & core.

7:30-8:30 Kettlebell Technique
For all fitness levels. Learn proper kettlebell technique while increasing cardio fitness and overall strength. Focus is on skill-building and endurance.
8:30-9:30 Kettlebell Tabata
