Cardio, upper body, lower body, plus core & stretch. Sweat your way thru 15 minutes of each for an amazing full body workout.

7:30-8pm Lean & Mean ~ Resistance Training*
30 minutes of resistance training to increase strength and build lean muscle. Hits all major muscle groups!

8-8:30pm Shred & Burn ~ Cardio Conditioning*
Blast through 30 minutes of cardio intervals! Build endurance and overall fitness.

*These classes run back-to-back. Take both for an amazing workout that builds both strength and stamina!
