Full body workout- cardio, upper body, lower, core and stretch. Get it done before the rest of the family is even out of bed!
7:30-8pm Lean & Mean ~ Resistance Training*
30 minutes of resistance training to increase strength and build lean muscle. Hits all major muscle groups!
8-8:30pm Shred & Burn ~ Cardio Conditioning*
Blast through 30 minutes of cardio! Build endurance and overall fitness.
*These classes run back-to-back. Take both for an amazing workout that builds both strength and stamina!
Also, just a reminder there are NO classes Thursday night or Saturday morning this week.
